fbsql_connect() stellt eine Verbindung zu einem FrontBase-Server her. Die folgenden Standardwerte werden für fehlende, optionale Parameter gesetzt: hostname = 'NULL', username = '_SYSTEM' und password = leeres Passwort.
Sollte ein zweites Mal fbsql_connect() mit den gleichen Argumenten aufgerufen werden, wird keine neue Verbindung hergestellt. In diesem Fall liefert die Funktion die Kennung der bereits bestehenden Verbindung zurück.
